Title: Distribution Center Site Manager
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Position Summary:
This position will be
responsible for overall operations and supply chain analysis (e.g., what-if
scenario modeling), metrics production/development, and process documentation.
Primary responsibilities will be to direct daily activities in all areas of a
multi client warehouse operations for this 300,000 sq. ft.
facility with 90 employees, including inbound, outbound, and inventory
control. A strong emphasis will also be placed on developing and sustaining
process documentation, employee development and performance metrics. Must have
the ability to organize, schedule, plan daily activities, and build highly
motivated performance teams while supporting operations staff with technical
knowledge. Understanding and evaluating conclusions of analysis and metrics
is required, facilitated by drill-down and root-cause investigation. The
ability to meet deadlines and commitments is essential. Candidate will have a
thorough knowledge of the tools involved to create analysis and metrics. The
successful candidate should have at least 5 years leadership experience in a
high volume, multi-client distribution center.
Environment is fast-paced, successful candidate
will be comfortable re-prioritizing workload to support urgent requests while
working on several projects or assignments at one time. Must be able to
multi-task. This individual must be a team player and work well in a diverse
group to accomplish complex tasks.
Qualifications:
Degree in Logistics or related field required. MBA is a plus.
This Position requires 5-7 years managerial experience (Education may
substitute for years of experience).

Title: General Manager
Location: Charleston, South Carolina
Requirements:
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 10 years experience
building market share, building a high performing team and managing
multiple P&L's. Present
successful managers have backgrounds in logistics, transportation and
other related industries. To be successful, candidates must have outstanding
leadership, communication and marketing skills.
General Function:
This position reports directly to a
Region Director and is responsible for all aspects of
operations, marketing and customer service with accountability for
75 total employees. This
position offers an outstanding opportunity to develop markets and product
capabilities in the state of South Carolina.
Salary: $75K + Bonus
